Is the MIT obliged to meet the intelligence requirements of every institution?

The authorities to which the collected intelligence should be submitted are designated by the Article 4 of the Law 2937. These are

• The President,
• The Prime Minister,
• The Chief of General Staff,
• The Secretary General of the National Security Council, and the required institutions.

On the other hand, in the preparation and execution of the plans related with the national security policy of the State, our Organization meets the intelligence requests and requirements of the President, the Prime Minister, the Chief of General Staff, the Secretary General of the National Security Council and the other related ministries.

Utilizing the Organizational Emblem and the photographs for other than its intended purposes is prohibited and may result in criminal prosecution.
