Is it possible for the Undersecretaries of the MIT to make statements or give information to the media?
The MIT Undersecretary is only responsible to the Prime Minister, according to the article 13 of the Law no. 2937. He is also obliged to inform the President, Chief of General Staff, and the Secretary General of the National Security Council. Except for these authorities, the Undersecretary cannot issue a statement, and inform anyone without the approval of the Prime Minister. |
