For the ones who graduated from foreign institutes of education, approved certificate of equality (The ones who graduated from Institutes of Higher Education will take their certificates from the Directorate of Higher Education Board

For candidate intelligence officers;
- the document indicating a grade of 80 or over taken from any of the Selection Exams for Civil Servants KPSSP1, KPSSP2, KPSSP3 or KPSSP4,
- concerning foreign language knowledge , one of the documents indicating a grade of 70 points or over from the Language Exam for Civil Servants (KPDS) or at least 42 correct answers to the questions in the foreign language section of KPSS (in other words, correctly answering 70% of 60 questions) or at least PBT: 470, CBT: 155 or IBT: 65 from TOEFL, taken within the last five years on the date of the entrance exam,

For candidate Engineers, Technical Analysts, Computer Programmers and Computer Operators;
one of the documents indicating a grade of 70 points or over from the Language Exam for Civil Servants (KPDS) or at least 42 correct answers to the questions in the foreign language section of KPSS (in other words, correctly answering 70% of 60 questions) or at least PBT: 470, CBT: 155 or IBT: 65 from TOEFL, taken within the last two years on the date of the entrance exam,

For candidate Translators;
a document indicating the grades 80 or over taken from the Language Exam for the Civil Servants ( KPDS ) or at least 48 questions have been correctly answered in the foreign language section of KPSS (in other words, correctly answering 80% of 60 questions) or at least PBT : 490, CBT : 185 or IBT : 75 have been taken from TOEFL , given within the last two years as of the entrance exam date .

A photocopy of the military service discharge certificate for male applicants (a photocopy of the military service discharge or deferment certificate for Intelligence officer, Engineer and Technical Analyst candidates)

Significant Warnings:
1. The applications must be made definitely through mail.
2. When discovered that the information included in your application is not true or that incomplete or misleading information has been intentionally provided, this will be submitted to judicial authorities; your application will be denied; and you will be discharged even if you have started working in the Organization.
