Hayri UNDUL (1929 - )

He is a graduate of the War Academy. After serving at various ranks of the Turkish Armed Forces to which he had joined as Second-Lieutenant in 1950, he was promoted to the rank of Brigadier General in 1976. He served as Brigadier General during 1976-1980 and as Major General during 1980-1985. In 1985, he was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant General and was appointed as the 7th Corps Commander. On September 05, 1986 he was appointed as the Undersecretary of the National Intelligence Organization where he served until August 29, 1988. Then, he was appointed as the Undersecretary of the National Defense Ministry until his retirement.
